The Alexander Hills Sitesi in Yalikavak on the Bodrum Peninsula, Turkey is made of up 136, 2 bedroom, privately owned apartments and was completed in July 2006. Since completion, the site has continued to develop and the gardens and communal areas are maturing well.
Alexander Hills has a lovely relaxing atmosphere and yet is located just 750 metres from Yalikavak town centre and 900 metres from the local beach.
In high season a Dolmus (minibus) service operates hourly from the site gates into the centre of town - and return - with the first bus leaving the site entrance at approximately 8.05 am and the last bus of the day leaving the site at approximately 10.05 pm.

Yalikavak, which lies on the north west tip of the Bodrum Peninsula, is one of Turkey's most historically important and beautiful areas. Yalikavak used to be an old fishing harbour but has now been dubbed "the St Tropez" of the Bodrum Peninsula with its new multi-million pound marina - Port Bodrum, it’s small busy centre and the many restaurants, cafes and bars within the town centre and on the seafront which are popular with locals and tourists alike. Alexander Hills boasts a 250 square metre swimming pool with children’s section, children’s play park, mini golf, poolside café/social area and landscaped communal gardens.Buildings make up only 40% of the complex and the rest is communal areas, parkland, pool, walkways etc. The complex has on site security,a fenced perimeter and is managed by a local management company - Clover - who are always available to help visitors.Wifi access is available by the pool and in a seated area around the Clover office on site.
